He pointed out that according to research, there has been a 65% increase in the number of people with advancing Myopia in the US and 85% in Japan. I am always thinking preventative care, so I asked what can be done to prevent this from happening to us as adults or children. Here is what you can do: Make sure you take breaks every 20 minutes from working on computers and smart phones. During the break, do this simple eye exercise: Extend your hand out 1.5 feet from your face with your thumb up. Next, focus your eyes on your thumb for 5 seconds, then focus on an object 10 feet in front of you for 5 seconds. Repeat 5 times during your break. Yours and your family's eye health will be maintained and normal eye function supported when you diffuse Frankincense. I apply one drop of oil to my palm, rub it into both hands, cup my hands over both eyes and blink for about 1 minute at least 2 times a week. I hope this helps.
